Default Looking for info on Zimbra/comcast error??

Sorry if this is not the correct place for this but I m having a problem with my comcast email. I cannot open any email that is in my inbox. Reason I am here is I also noticed that as I navigate around my email page (such as opening preferences) I get the following error: "ZmZimletMgr is Undefined"
I have already posted on the comcast forum, but decided to attack the problem from 2 different directions.

Anyone know if comcast uses Zimbra?

Could problem opening email be related to ZmZimletMgr error I am getting?

I hope to use any information I get here to help comcast support fix my problem.

I saw a similar post on this forum from 2008 dealing with firefox. My issue occurs on ie and firefox.

Yes it does but it's a version specific to them. I'm afraid we're unable to help you in these forums with any problems you may be experiencing, you will have to liaise directly with Comcast support and they can raise a support case with Zimbra if necessary.

I'm grasping because comcast is not "user friendly".
Do you know if the email app with the droid 3 uses zimbra?
I added my comcast email acct to that app, earlier in the week, and it worked for a few days. If the app uses zimbra could there be some conflict there? Specifically when adding the acct does the droid app try to add ZmZimletMgr to the comcast acct on the comcast servers? At this point the email app on the droid does get me into my email and I am able to open messages.
I appreciate any help so I can point comcast in a direction.
