You stated 3 email accounts are working correctly in Outlook and the 4th produces the error.
Make sure SMTP authentication is correct as well as the user password.
Also, are all 4 on the same profile? if so confirm you are not attempting to send from the other configured SMTP address.
If not, remove the account profile and attempt an IMAP configuration again...
POP and IMAP accounts really only rely on the incoming and outgoing server names and ports to be correct.
if you have admin credentials, look over that Zimbra mailbox to make sure there it's not set to hidden or requires you to log in for the first time to change the temp password.
