Outlook 2007 configuration

I tried to configure my account on zimbra server installed on my dedicated server.

It is giving error on sending email yesy. I tried it with SSL port 465, SSL port 25, and without SSL port 25 but it still gives error. Any suggestions?

"Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

pop3 = mail.bpo-network.com port 995
smtp = mail.bpo-network.com port 25 / 465

This may be related to your ISP blocking port 25. have you tried port 587 for SMTP? Does your SMTP settings allow for SMTP authentication?

Well no I did not try to change port. Now I have another problem. I have 4 email accounts on same domain all 3 are working but 4th one gives error on receiving. I tested these accounts through webmail. They are working fine. But through outlook it gives an error on 1 account. this is killing me .... LOL

Can somwe one suggest me a zimbra hosting server which economical service charges per month.

You stated 3 email accounts are working correctly in Outlook and the 4th produces the error.

Make sure SMTP authentication is correct as well as the user password.

Also, are all 4 on the same profile? if so confirm you are not attempting to send from the other configured SMTP address.

If not, remove the account profile and attempt an IMAP configuration again...

POP and IMAP accounts really only rely on the incoming and outgoing server names and ports to be correct.

if you have admin credentials, look over that Zimbra mailbox to make sure there it's not set to hidden or requires you to log in for the first time to change the temp password.

I need a dedicated server hosting with zimbra hosting and support available. Currently I have a dedicated server but ended up installing zimbra in about 5 months period plus its expensive and they dont provide zimbra support.

I dont want zimbra per email account hosting.
