What do you mean by "disable zimbra"? There are two supported products in these forums, Zimbra Desktop and Zimbra Collaboration Server - which product are you talking about?

collaboratation server-I requested all e-mails from my work e-mail address be forwarded to my personal e-mail address(bad move) and now I have so many i can not keep up-it is a nightmear. I do not know how to stop it since I do not have my userid and password

Where did you request that the email be sent to your personal email address? Who manages your email account?

You're going to have to explain this to me in words of one syllable and in some detail, we do not know where your email is nor your userid or password.
