Default Declining deletes appointment?

A few of our users have complained that sometimes when they decline a meeting they have been invited to, it deletes the original meeting entirely (including for everyone else that was invited). Does anyone have an idea on what might cause this?

Thanks

To get a better understanding of your issue, what type of calendar are using? I.E A Resource calendar or standard Zimbra calendar?

For standard Calendaring, using autodisocver for free/busy features, there is one option you could disable.Within each users Preferences > Calendar > (Under General) Deselect "After responding to an invitation: Delete invite on reply".

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. When this occurs, it deletes the meeting for everyone that has been invited - both people and resources. To clarify, it doesn't delete the invitation email, it deletes the actual meeting from everyone's calendar.

This sounds like a resource calendar. Has the owner of the calender checked to see if there is an option that controls the mass removal of meeting requests?

Unfortunately, i don have access to a test resource mailbox within Zimbra.
