    Exclamation Password issues

Recently while trying to log in to my edu email account a message appeared saying that the user name or password were incorrect, it also said to check if caps lock was activated and try the user name and password again. I thought that it might be a problem with the password, which was about to expire, so I proceeded to change it and once again tried to log in to my account; however, the problem still persisted and now I don't know what to do.
Some help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank You.

You need to contact the Administrator or help desk at your mail provider, this is not something we can help you with.
