I most definitely tried all of those suggestions mentioned above. The problem with the lower reading pane is that you can't read much of the email. The greeting then maybe the first line. This is why I prefer it to be on the right side. Reporting a bug is not easy so.... if you guys are planning on it, that's great! Thumbs up!
You can do this at Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra and put a link to it here so other users can vote for it, or comment on it. (Search first to check there isn't already a bug for this!)
