Feature request: Reply quoting format templates

Hi

Virtually ever mail client I have ever used has, sometimes after a little fight, let me click reply and get something that looks like this:

Zimbra's available reply templates either give me no message metadata in the reply, or gives me useful metadata, but spread over 4 verbose lines.

Please can we have the ability to define our own reply quoting templates. I would set my set mine to be:

$_ indicates where I want the cursor to be, the remainder should be obvious.
