Default User can modify the retention of an e-mail?

Hello all,

I have a COS that erase all the mail that is 60 days OLD.

There is any way that a user can retain an especific email with a flag/mark or any other way in the Zimbra Desktop or Webpage?

Thanks for your help

Hi!

In Zimbra Desktop you can simply create a new folder under "Local Folders" and copy there the emails you want to keep..

Or, you can create a "utility" user with a different COS and share one of its folders to the end user. This way, the emails he puts on this shared folder won't be affected by the 60 days retention (ok, this idea is kinda wierd, but it works )
