injecting message source into mailbox

I'm interesting to test some mails because I have problems to show attachment, so I need to know how I can inject email source into specific mailbox into Zimbra server.
Can you suggest me how to do it or doc. references ?

If you searched the forums you would have found that you use 'zmlmtpinject'.
