[SOLVED] From. E-Mails under another domain

Hello Zimbra Forum,

I added an external account to my user that asks up the e-mails with IMAP.
But at the From field there is only my Zimbra Account Name.
Is there any possibility to add the e-mail address that is added as external account?

If you go into Preferences > Accounts Choose the external account and locate near the bottom were it states " Messages sent from this account have the following settings: From: Choose the name that appears in the "From" field of email messages". Change this address to the external address if it is not already.

When composing a message you should be able to select the account from the drop down arrow.

Ok thanks.

But is it possible to add more than one address per account?
I've got 1 Account and multiple E-Mailaddresses that redirect to this account.

Also another small question:
The E-Mails are sent by the Zimbra-Servr, not the external Mailserver of the added E-Mailaddress, or?

It is possible to add additional accounts. Simple click on add external accounts to create a new account.

Are these other address, aliases of your primary address? If that's the case, whom is in charge of the Administrator Zimbra console can add each alias to your primary account, other wise all external accounts would have to be configure as in my previous post.
