separate read state for shared folders

Hi!

I'm new to zimbra. I used dovecot with kmail before.

With dovecot I used some public folders with separate read state, so that every user, who could access the folder has his own list of new messages.

Is that possible in Zimbra, too?
As far as I have seen, yet, When I read a message in a shared folder, it is marked read for any user having access to that folder...

We also need this feature.
It stops our migration from Lotus Domino to Zimbra (200+ users).
Is there any estimation for which version/when this is estimated?
