Default Zimbra 7.1 poor perfomance in Firefox 4 on Linux

I recently upgraded one our servers to 7.1, and since then it's been dreadfully slow to use ZWC in Firefox 4.0.1 on Ubuntu Linux 11.04. It works just fine in Firefox 4.0.1 on win32, and in Chromium on Linux as well.

Another of our servers is still on 7.0.1, and the performance there is good as expected.

I also cant seem to reproduce this on another machine, which makes it even more unfunny.

Anyone have any ideas? :|

Weird that I should be the only having these issues... They still exist in Firefox 5 as well, while Chromium keeps on running great.

You should update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

What do you mean by 'poor performance'? Have you tried creating a new empty profile in FF to see if there's any difference? Perhaps it's one of you add-ons.

FWIW, I don't see any problems using any version of FF4 or 5 on multiple linux or windows machines.

A new user on the same machine has the same problem, it's really strange...

By poor performance I mean it takes several seconds to load everything, like when you click on a mail, and then it takes several more to load the content inside the frame. Sometimes when you click it doesnt load at all, it sort of "misfires" so you have to click again etc.

It's not a huge problem, it's just... weird.

I can't reproduce this under Mandriva 2010.2 or Mageia1

Hi. I can confirm the problem, it takes ages to load the web client (firefox 5.1, IE 8.0). Server load is close to nothing, so I have no clue what the problem might be.
