Has anybody found problems when using ZCS Community Edition with email sent using Zimbra Web Client received without any body? We use FF4 and have found this problem. It is random so we don't know how to replicate it. Hope there is a way to find out what went wrong while posting the message to replicate the issue.
Yes, in my case it was antivirus program issue on client. Had to uninstall it.
And another case was broken Outlook profile on client. Had to create new profile with new PST file.
We had a similar issue, but it was if a user was typing up an email and saved it as Draft. Then later on if they came back to it, the email subject, to, etc.. would be present, but no text in the body of the email. This has only happened a few times, but like you mentioned, it has been so random that it is hard to track down.
