You can imply from some of the comments (see comment #74) in the bug report that the target is ZCS 8.x - no, I don't know when it will be released and the bug still has to go through QA and it is only a 'target' not a definite fix for that release. Closer to the release date you'll see ZCS 8 on the Product Portal with the exact status of the bug reports targeted for that release..
