Not really without some description of what the filters are and what the email contains and why you think the filters aren't working. You can start by posting the version of Zimbra that you're using followed by the headers of an email that didn't get caught and finally the
exact filter that you're using.
If you're not the Administrator of your Zimbra server have you asked them (or your helpdesk) for help with your question? It might be easier than posting possibly confidential information in these forums.
