The way I think that works is if a user has granted sharing on a particular folder / module, it will show up using find shares. Then you have click the check box next to the module (I always forget because it's off the screen) and click Add.

If it's shared directly to the user, you need to know the sharer's address.

If it's shared through a distro list, then the share has to be "published" at the admin level. See sharing with DL

EDIT: I'm talking about finding shares through Preferences in ZWC under ZCS 6. ZCS 7 may have other options/interfaces.

Yep, if you have lots of users it's time consuming, but scripting helped here.
