Time stamps for contact list notes

I am working with an SMB customer who will be using Zimbra, including a shared address book for inter-departmental collaboration. As such, various users will enter Contact list notes as time goes on.

To help keep all this data organized, it would be very helpful to have Notes entries automatically time stamped with the name of the user who made the entry.

Just something simple such as:

Oct-09-2006 gihrig

At the top of each entry.
