To-->Select Addresses

Hi

I have added many contacts in my Address book. I can even populate the email addresses automatically when I start typing an email address in the TO or CC or BCC.

But my question is , If I press the TO button or CC button or BCC button, I can see the Select Addresses window, but I could not see any of my contacts in the window to select them. This is happening when I am using my web browseer IE 7 and my Zimbra network edition is 4.0.1

First, select "Contacts" from the dropdown at top right ("Show names from"). Then type in the name you're looking for (e.g. "Kevin" or "Johnson") in the entry at top left and hit "Search".

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to populate all the contacts in my address book at a time?

Currently, the best you can do is change your page size options for contacts to be "100":

Options > Address Book, and change "Number of contacts to display per page" value to "100".

This will show 100 contacts per page in the listview/cardsview when viewing the Address Book app.

As for the address picker (the widget that comes up when you hit the "To:" button in compose), you can only search at this time. There is currently an RFE already filed for this:

Bug 8133 shows "Fixed" so does that mean that at some point you will be able to display all contacts in the picker?

Believe it or not, this is the #1 obstacle I have to keeping my users happy with Zimbra Web Client.

It would help if I could tell them when to expect this feature to be added, and it would be even better if I could get it now from SVN!
