Force ZWC UI Refresh

Hi.

In my setup I have a Zimbra account which is accessed by more than one person, in different places.
Sometimes it happens that an user in location A moves a message in another folder, and at location B the UI is not refreshed so the message is still in inbox and can be moved elsewhere.
I know that I can click on "Inbox" or "Fetch mail" to update the view, but this is not always comfortable, and btw not safe. Is there a way to force UI refresh more often?
This is already done automatically after you login, but after some hours of work the refresh is not automatic anymore, or at least doesn't happen as fast as it does right after login.
