Signature When Replying Not Clickable Link

Please ignore this, I figured out I didn't have Preferences --> Mail display mail HTML

I created a signature using html. (text with a clickable hyperlink)

Works fine when Composing new mail. However, when I reply to an email--the text for the link is there, but it is not a clickable hyperlink.

Anyway to fix this?
