Default [SOLVED] Emailed Contacts problem

New user, used search function but couldn't find anything related to this.

By mistake I had in Preferences for Address Book, under Options/Settings Add new contacts to "Emailed Contacts" checked.

So, now I have a ton of people listed when I Compose Mail, select To and people I don't want on the To list show up. How can I delete those people?

Most of them are not part of my (real) Address Book. I want them removed. Thanks!

Go to your Address Book tab and you should see (in the left panel) Emailed Contacts, delete them from there.

Default Emailed Contacts Problem

  1. Launch Zimbra in Standard mode.
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click Address Book
  4. Click "manage address books page"
  5. Highlight the Emailed Contacts address Book. That's the the Emailed Contacts address book, NOT the Contacts address book.
  6. Check - "Permanently delete all contacts in this address book. This operation can not be undone."
  7. Click "Delete All Contacts" button
