Mail filters never work.

I use webmail powered by Zimbra for Mediacom. I can't get any mail filter to work except what I mark as junk.

When I right click a message and create a filter it never works. If I make one from scratch it never works. If I make the most simplest filter with one condition moving something to trash it never works. It's checked as active and I've checked the box not to process other filters.

I've logged out and come back and all these new emails were not filtered. I've stayed logged in and got new email and it wasn't filtered. I can't figure it out. I think Mediacom is screwed up or something.
