Color Code Calendar Item

How do I change the color on one calendar item? I can't figure it out from the directions in the Zimbra "help" search. Thanks.

I don't think the control is that fine.
I know you can have multiple cals and have each one with a diff color.
Don't recall seeing anything anywhere where you can control just a specific day box on the cal for a given month.
