I'd suggest filing that in bugzilla with details of the filters that's causing the problem.

I am getting this error now Guys!

Strange as I'm running 4.5.6 not 4.0.2 as mentioned in this thread!

But I also get it when switching between Mails that are auto-tagged.
My colleague in the next office who has also set up the same auto-flagging filter is also getting the error.

Any idea?

Zimbra Version 4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4 27-Jun-2007, CentOS 4.4 using Firefox 2.0.5 as browser. Running on Windows XP SP2.

Thanks

Russ

Thanks Mate,

I have just noticed that in one of my sub-folders, to which I have auto-flagged mail going, I have 4 unread message according to the folder. However, when I go into the folder there are no unread messages, when I click to 'Mark all as read' it doesn't happen, it still says 4 unread. I am now re-indexing my mailbox, perhaps that's all it needs.

I also don't have any other unread, auto-flagged messages at the moment and it only seems to occur on unread ones so will keep you posted if it happens again.

Have only tried it in Firefox so far, never use IE but will dust it off and try once some new messages arrive that are auto-flagged!

Russ

Default IMAP cruft

Just to make sure, if you're using an IMAP client, please "compact" or "expunge" the folder from the IMAP client and see if that fixes things.

Thanks Guys,

today it seems fine after re-indexing the mailbox and trying again with newly received messages.

As to the IMAP thing, forgive my ignorance, do you mean if accessing it with a third-party application, the zimbra CLI or through Postfix itself?
I'd like to bare that suggestion in mind for the future, that's all.

By "IMAP" I mean an IMAP client like pine, Thunderbird, Eudora, Outlook or Outlook Express in IMAP mode, a mobile device not using Zimbra Mobile, etc.
