Select a big number of mail messages

hi,

i wanna move the messages from one folder to another.
how can i select all mesages form a folder if they are more than the configured batch number?

so somthing like 500 mails?

In your admin ui, you can control how many messages are on one page.
Set that to 100
then go back and login as you
you can select multiple messages by clicking on the first (top) message, then hold shift and click the last (bottom) message.

Then move then by "click and drag"

You don't have to be an admin to change that pref, it's on the Mail tab of the Options page ("Number of items to display per page"). Also, you can select all the items in a page with the keyboard shortcut Alt-A.

We have an enhancement request (10317/473) to be able to select all the results of a search (rather than just the currently visible page of results).

But still we can only select 100 messages per page right? I have more than 2000 emails in my inbox and would like to move it to another folder. Moving 100 at a time will take a lot of time. is there a way to change the view on webmail to see 250+ emails per page?

You can change the zimbraPrefMailItemsPerPage property for your user to view 250 via zmprov. The option to go above 100 simply isn't available through the GUI.
