add comments to briefcase files

I'm new to Zimbra, I'd like to know if there are any possibility to add a comment to briefcase's files.
Anyone can help?

PS: is it possible to share TAGS with the other zimbra accounts?

"add notes to uploaded documents" (Note: ZCS 7 feature. I don't think it's in ZCS 6.)
