Default Downloading Search Results to .csv

Hi all. I'm a newbie here; so greetings to all!

I have completed an advanced search that looks good in the window and I would like to export it to a .csv file. When I press the "Download" button, a new browser window appears, but it remains blank, says "Done" in the lower left corner but I can't locate any new .csv file with the search results.

I am using IE8; Zimbra 6.04_GA_2038.RHELS_64.FOSS. Any ideas regarding what I may be doing wrong?
