Default Next/Pervious conversation button missing

The next/pervious conversation buttons are missing on some computer when viewing message. The problem is not with user account but with computer. This problem is on both Internet Explorer and Fire Fox browser.

Which version/release of zimbra? Which operating system? Which versions of IE & FF? Have you tried clearing the cache on the browsers, did it make any difference? Have you tried a server retsart, did it make any difference?

The minimum requirements for Zimbra are stated in the Quick Start guide and one of them is a resolution of 1024x768.

This looks like an old thread but I just ran into this problem with my upgrade from NE 5.0.4 to 5.0.5. The next and previous conversation buttons are gone. This severely cripples the conversation mode since you can't quickly scan through conversations. Have to close the conversation and then open the next one and so on.

Anybody have thoughts on this? The workstation definitely has sufficient resources to run the AJAX client. Windows. Firefox 2.0.0.14

Well, as mentioned above, the minimum resolution of 1024x768 is required. You don't say what resolution your users have.

All users are affected.

Here's a screen shot of a sample conversation.
