Default Date Format messed up - it's not 1911

When someone emailed me a date in this format:

Quote:
1/25/11
a mouseover in Zimbra shows a date of
Quote:
Wednesday, January 25th, 1911
Is anyone else seeing this?

Default Not clear where this changed

I'm seeing this exact same problem in 6.0.10, and I see it fixed in as late as 7.1. I can't find the relevant bug number...where was this fixed exactly?

EDIT: NM...I'm assuming the last entry of the posted bug indicates it is *first* fixed in 7.0.1. Thanks!
