Default Unified inbox

I use 1 principal account.
Then i add external ones or personas.

I forward my emails from other accounts (gmail or different).

I organize my email in folders and tags.

But there isn't the possibility to see ALL the email i receive in a unified inbox.
I always have to check the single folders and this is very frustrating...

Would be nice to have a "smart inbox folder" in whic i can see all the emails i have received, being possible to see all the unread, to see in which folders they stay, at which account they refer to... and so on...

Yes there is, download the email into your Inbox.

1) ok, search is very useful, expecially the possibility to set a "saved search"... very strange: after i save a specific search, i can't modifiy it...

2) if i put all my email in my inbox (personal and work), can i share with my coworkers only the email related to the work account even if they are all in the inbox folder? or the share works just with sharing the folders?

Yes, it is annoying and there are a couple of Enhancements filed for it - vote on them if you like.

No, you can't share specific email within a folder. If you download your email from external account to separate folders like you're currently doing then you can share those folders. If you download it to your Inbox then separate the email into their own folders you can share those folders - either one of those will work.

BTW, I forgot to mention that if you want a 'Unified Inbox' then the Zimbra Desktop client has that type of view.

Yes, you can. In your Preferences, on the General tab, make sure you check:

Search Language:
Show advanced search language in search toolbar
Then, when you click on the saved search in the folder list, the search parameters will appear in the Search box at the top. Edit as needed and hit enter to execute the new search. And you can then save it again.
