Zimbra Desktop and cyrillic filenames

Hello! Please help for solving the problem.

See also My next post about problem of cyrillic in ZWC Briefcase.

I've been using Zimbra Desktop 2.0.1 build 10659 on Mac OSX and Windows XP with russian and english locale. When I load the files in "Briefcase", cyrillic characters are replaced with "?". How do I fix it?
