jdtx, yeah you will have to contact them for any help. Since you made sure its not in your inbox .. you will have to ask them whats happening. Because i don't its something you will be able to fix if it needs an administration. Good luck with it.

Hi Bill, can you pls comment on this?

In such cases what could have gone wrong to get the mails missing in inbox? If it is confirmed nowhere to be found in inbox. Can any of this be the cause
1. A broken index-file
2. Broken link between mysql db and /opt/zimbra/store to get the mails in order.
