Default Changing the sent folder

Hi,

Is it possible to change in which folder sent mail is stored? Because of Zimbra's excellent search, tagging and conversations, I don't need folders anymore. I just have one folder: archive. And because when I drag a conversation to archive, the messages in it from the sent folder go to archive as well, so clear seperation is gone anyway.

I would like Zimbra to place sent messages in Archive. Is that possible? And, is it possible for just one account?

No, it's not possible. I suppose my question would be, why are you bothering to move email to another folder when the search function will find the mail wherever it is located?

Because any mail I'm done with I move out of my inbox. Inbox is for mail I still need to look at. The goal is to have an empty inbox, so to speak.

If you want an 'empty' Inbox then the following default search will give you that:

Code:
is:unread
If you don't want 'folders' then don't use them just use that search.

Well, unread is not exactly what I need. I need to specifically mark it as done.

It is true that I can just ignore the existence of folders, since everything works fine spread over folders, it's just my obsession with correctness, I guess

I just noticed that moving a conversation actually doesn't move items out of the sent box. So, it's all fine

In ZCS 7.0 you would be able to apply filters on sent messages (just like filters on incoming messages) and choose to file the sent messages in any folder.
