Enduser needs help

ZCS is the default email program that came with the website that I purchased through Intuit HomeStead.

It is set up and working fine.

I need to now also use Outlook 2003 (SP3). I am in the process of setting up Outlook 2003, and inputting the Zimbra mail accounts port info.

Incoming mail.mydomain.com (tests okay)
Outgoing POP3 SMTP smtp.mydomain.com ("specified server was found, but there was no response from the server...") Under "Advanced" I entered port as 80. The default port 25 did not work ("specified server not found")

What am I doing wrong? What is the correct port?

I am an enduser and can not change any zimbra code or anything. Im just want to set up outlook to work with my allready set up zimbra to send and recieve mail. Can anyone help?

I'm afraid you need to contact Homestead for specific directions on setting up your account, you should get in touch with Homestead by logging in to http://helpcenter.homestead.com/ with your Homestead account and password, or by calling their main customer support line: 1-800-710-1998. Zimbra is only the software supplier and have no knowledge of the set-up requirements for your email client, Homestead will be the people responsible for providing the details.
