Outgoing mail server needs to be the server name of your Zimbra server. If you have a DNS entry (A or CNAME record) for smtp.yourdomain, great, it should work. Otherwise, use the actual DNS-resolvable name of the server; it doesn't have to have "smtp" in the name unless that's a valid DNS name for the server.
Nitpick: It's SMTP, not SMPT.
Make sure your Sage Act machine can resolve the name of your Zimbra server.
Lastly, check that you haven't blocked the Sage Act machine from relaying through your Zimbra server for some reason, or have a firewall between them, etc... |
