Default Migrating a non-active pop3 email account with mails to Zimbra

I have pop3 account with lot's of mails in thunderbird, but the account is not active anymore. But I would like to have all the in and send mails migrated to Zimbra in a different folder.
How to do that?
Thanks for the advice.
