Default Attachment appears in overview but not in message view

My phone provider provides a SMTP account for all the phone messages people talk to my answering machine. I get an email with e WAV file containing the message.

Zimbra web gui: In the overview of the messages i can see, that there is an attachment but can not see it in the message view.

IMAP: I can download the WAV-file without a problem.

The email looks like:

PHP Code:

What do you mean 'you can't see it'? Which version of Zimbra? Have you expanded the headers in the message view, is the attachment not listed there? Is that what you're talking about? Have you cleared the browser cache?

Simply I can't listen to the voice message. The message is displayed empty in the WEB-UI.

I can forward one message as attachment if you like.

It isn't a cache problem.

Zimbra version 4.0.1 on debian.
Problem existed in version 3.1 too.

Which browser & which operating system? I assume you have some application associated with .wav files? I can play attached .wav files and FF is set to open a new tab (which it does) then the download/open with shows and I play it in kaffiene of amarok without problems.

The problem is, i can't see the attachment in the message! It isn't displayed. So I can't click on it. The message displays just empty!

Have a look at the attachement. Above you see, that there is an attachement and below you see an empty message.

Sorry, I was misunderstanding you answers. Can you forward a copy of that message to me at bpye [at] phoenix-systems [dot] co [dot] uk and I'll see if it shows-up here.

Default Same issue here

I have the same thing happening here, except with word documents. Could this be a bug of some sorts with excluding/blocking attachments? What I have noticed that it continues to say transferring data for quite awhile.
