Task Share Issue

I share a task folder with a co-worker this is her fold and she has shared it with me giving me the administrative rights and such so that I can edit the files as needed. The issue that I am having is that I have created some tags for some of the tasks, but i am not able to tag the task and we have tried creating the tags on her side and she is able to tag the tasks, but I am unable to see them. I accepted the share without any problem. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
