Calendar Search Issue

Hello,

Apologies if this is the wrong forum or a duplicate post.

How do I search for all appointments containing specified text ?
At the moment, results are only returned for the current month, even when in list view.

Wonder if this is a bug. Just tried here and got the same thing; only filtered the calender for the current month. Moving past the current month showed the full calendar. Have you searched the Zimbra bugzilla to see if this is an open item?

Looks like if you do an Advanced search and specify a beginning and ending date range it does work. Not ideal, but kind of a work-around.

Oh no !
Somebody at VMWare has decided that this bug wasn't worth fixing.
We were waiting for this to be fixed in ZCS7

The Zimbra Web GUI is a rival to MS Outlook only if

1) It supports the same feature set
2) It is stable and reliable.

We've been prepared to put up with the slight loss of functionality in the name of Web2, but the loss of calendar search is a real problem.
Our sales people use the Calendar A LOT.
Of course they want to search their appointments.

Don't leave us !
Zimbra is fantastic, I REALLY don't want to have to go back to Outlook.....

I take it all back. It DOES work in ZCS7 in list view with a date range filter.
It's fab !
