Since we have installed ZCS several weeks ago, any user on web client who replies to an email has the pop account used when replying to email. Each time users must use the drop down and select the primary (Zimbra) account to use as the From on their email.
1. why does Zimbra web client do this and
2. is there a way to correct this?
