Default Content Filter - Virus

Zimbra keeps on blocking one of our clients e-mail attachments saying it is a Virus. How can I set the content filter to allow his e-mails OR where can I look for the original mail?

Default

You'll find the mail in /opt/zimbra/data/amavisd/quarantine

Of course you'll have to be able to ssh into the Zimbra server to access it from there. At that point you can use ftp, etc., to move the file to a useful location, or you can deliver it to the user as described in [SOLVED] Releasing quarantined emails
