[SOLVED] spec of "request responses" for invite

Hi,

Our customer asked us the spec of the "Request responses" checkbox when
creating appointment.

From the user help I understand the following is the spec of this checkbox,
Am I right about that?

1. If the checkbox is deselected, organizer will not receive accept/decline
message from attendees. Attendees always receive invite whether this
is selected or not.

2. If we specify locations or resources when creating appointments,
organizer *always* receive messages from them.
