Default Can't edit email address of "From" in setting up a persona

I'm trying to set up a persona in my freshly installed 6.0.8 ZCS FOSS, but when I create a persona, I can only select my base email address, no text box is available to type in one. What can I do to fix? Please see attached image for reference.

Thanks,
Keith Veleba

Have you tried enabling the setting to "Allow sending email from any address" in the Admin UI?

I haven't tried it lately, but in 6.0.1 the "Allow sending from any address" option would do just that. ANY address, not just the user's aliases or other allowed addresses. What I've done is specify for each user the addresses they can send from (usually their aliases or some distribution lists). This didn't work in 6.0.2 but it got fixed.

@Phoenix, that was it - all I have to do is change the defaults in the COS.

Thanks, you've saved me from degenerating into insanity.
