Default Web interface screwed up in ie8, ok in FF

I have screwed up the web interface in IE8.
Clearing cookies etc does not reset it.

Here is what I get: there is a splitter just to the right of the email folder listing.
This splitter has moved to the rightmost of the screen (ah well I admit it was probably me moving it...), so all I see is the email folder listing and the calendar.
I would assume I'd be able to drag the splitter back but it jumps back to the rightmost position again (if I ever get hold of it).
I have two screens (1280x1024) so I probably provoked it a bit by moving it to the rightmost position.

Any idea of how to fix this? Is it a theme problem? Something needed to be reset on the server side?

Default It's the Theme "SMOKE"

I've discovered that it's the theme "Smoke" together with Internet Explorer that does this.

Anyone have a solution? I mean other from using FF?

There are some issues with ZCS and IE8 that have been fixed in a later release of Zimbra, assuming your profile info is correct and you're still running 6.0.4.

You could try upgrading your ZCS to the latest release (possibly in your lab/test environment) and see if your particular problem has been resolved.

I had a few issues with this in 6.0.4 and even 6.0.5, so I would recommed you get the latest release. Have a look at the release notes first.

Thanks odeleon, I'll do that.

... (some minutes later) ....

Checked http://files2.zimbra.com/website/doc...%206.0.8.1.pdf and it does not mention this problem, but I can't be the only one seeing it.
Anyone else having problem with IE and the "Smoke" theme?

Yes, I had the same problem with the Smoke theme. I removed the theme from my server.
