You have posted this question in the Zimbra Collaboration Suite/Users forum, what else would you be talking about? Did you read the bug report and did you also vote on it (if you're interested in seeing it implemented)?

I did look at the Bugzilla report. However, I did not vote. We just started to use Zimbra at the University I work at so am still figuring out all the support mechanisms. Thanx for the nudge...
