Been using Zimbra (hosted thru 01.com) for several months; principally use Zimbra Desktop interface. Couple annoying things in adding contacts in address book:
1) "default" entry for "Address book" is "Conflicts". I have no such address book, and if I forget to change that field, can't find the contact
2) I like to "tag" all contacts, but haven't figured out how to do so until after the contact has been created and saved. What am I missing?
