Shared Calendar/Contacts - Question

I was playing around a bit with Shared Contacts and mobilesync. It appears only the contacts in the "Contacts" addressbook are synced. This also appears to be true for the Calendar, only the calendar named "Calendar" are synced. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something before I put in a feature request.
