Bulk load contacts list?

How can load a list of contacts in bulk to a domain, I have 150 contacts that I need to automatically load up to 700 email accounts.

First are these contacts in a .csv exported format? or are they on an excel spread sheet?

If you have al of these contacts on one document exproted as .csv format oyu can simply open up the ZCS select preerences > addressbook and import contacts dirrectly into the address book.
