How to export a single mail

I would like to know how I can export 1 mail using the Zimbra Web client or the desktop client.

Well, if you are talking about a Zimbra export of a single message I would do the following:

1. Create a (temporary) folder - ie Export
2. Move message into "Export" folder (or whatever you called the folder)
3. Go to Preferences --> Import / Export
4. In the Export section keep type as Account then click on the Source button and change from "All Folders" to the "Export" folder.
5. Click "Export" button and save file to appropriate location.
