would like to ask I can recover a deleted mail from my INBOX? Deleted mail came from WEBMAIL.

You should find the deleted email in the Trash, if it's been removed from the Trash folder then the answer is it's gone.

If it's been removed from the Trash folder, then it's completely removed from the system. The lifetime for mail in Trash should be set at the 30 day default (before it's automatically removed), you can increase that setting or take a backup of the system on a regular basis.
